Order the zipForm® Plus Broker Edition and a C.A.R. staff member will contact you regarding billing and set-up information. You can also reach the C.A.R. Customer Contact Center at 213-739-8227 weekdays from 8:30am to 4:45pm. Approving documents and files online streamlines the file review process, reduces paperwork, and provides a smooth and easy closing process. Document and Transaction File Approval features allow you to review and approve documents within your office electronically. Features include:

  • Documents and/or complete files can be flagged for review.
  • Add notes about the overall review and mark a file as approved or not approved.
  • Receive immediate notifications on notes, status and comments.

Teams can access brokerage templates, clauses and libraries through zipForm® Plus Team Edition.

Broker Libraries & Logos
Brokers may digitize their office forms for inclusion in the zipForm® Plus Broker Edition. Ease the workflow with auto-population and inclusion in templates. The current rate is $165/page and $75/page for revisions. All REALTORS® assigned to that zipForm® Plus broker edition will have access to this custom library.

Logos will appear on the top right corner of the forms, including C.A.R. Standard form libraries. The current rate is $250/logo.

Non-Member Admin Accounts
Each user of the zipForm® Plus Broker Edition is required to enter his/her NRDS ID (NAR Membership ID) upon first login. In the event the broker has an assistant or transaction coordinator that needs an account to assist the broker, the fee is $200/non-member unlicensed admin account/year.
