TSBOR member, Russ Baruh, shared his conversation with CAR Legal on how to handle our Ski Lease situation, where the tenant does not actually shelter in place at the Ski Lease property. The CAR Legal Hot Line attorney felt that the tenant can come up, clean, gather up their belongings and leave. They should not go out and socialize. The attorney said that the agent should have them sign the new Property Viewing Advisory and Declaration (PEAD) available in zipForms. However, if tenants have COVID 19 or have been exposed to COVID 19 within the past 14 days, then they should not come here.
