Since all restrictions have been lifted as of June 15th and Cal/OSHA released their workplace safety guidelines on June 17th, here are answers to the questions we have received regarding the re-opening:
- Can I do open houses? – YES. Masking is only required for unvaccinated individuals. No PRE, PEAD, or Sign in’s are necessary.
- What about showings? – YES. Masking is only required for unvaccinated individuals.
- Door knocking, farming, office meetings, capacity requirements? All restrictions have been lifted – so YES, back to normal!
- In Real Estate Offices? – In Real Estate Offices, As of June 17th, Cal/OSHA allows fully vaccinated employees not to wear masks but must document their vaccination status and one approved method is self-attestation. NOTE: Independent Contractors are NOT covered under these guidelines but offices can make their own rules as it relates to Independent Contractors or clients and customers entering their offices. - The California Department of Public Health and California Department of Technology announced a new Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record for Californians, available here. The tool is a convenient option for Californians who received a COVID-19 vaccination to access their record from the state’s immunization registry systems.
