Good news for members working toward their CAR Property Management Certification. The third and fourth courses in the series are now available online! Course 3 – Larger Apartment Buildings and Commercial Properties and Course 4 – Trust Funds, Fair Housing and Legal Aspects of Property Management can be purchased for $39 each. Each course takes approximately 3 – 4 hours to complete and includes an exam. After completing each exam the system will let the students know if they have passed.
