It’s that time of year again … time for C.A.R.’s annual consumer advertising campaign! This year’s radio campaign kicks off Friday, April 4, and the television component will begin airing Monday, April 7. Now in its second year, the “Ripple” campaign connects the dots between REALTORS® and the California economy, illustrating how a Champion of Home can help consumers close on their dreams and, together, benefit the entire state.
Highlights of this year’s campaign include:
- Exclusive television partnership with Broadcast Network NBC. C.A.R.’s television commercials will run on popular TV shows such as “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” “The Today Show,” “The Voice,” “America’s Got Talent,” “The Dr. Oz Show,” and “Ellen.”
- Radio commercials dominating Friday drive times on Clear Channel radio stations in San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
- A new partnership with HGTV, which will promote a $10,000 room makeover sweepstakes, courtesy of NBC! Stay tuned for more information and details about this exciting giveaway!
- A new social media offering titled REALTOR® RealTalk, which enables you to customize and share your best dos and don’ts for buying, selling, and staging a home.
- Online and mobile ads running on REALTOR.com, NBCLosAngeles.com, NBCBayArea.com, NBCSanDiego.com, and KCRA.com.
C.A.R. encourages you to utilize this campaign in your own marketing materials to promote the value that you bring to the transaction, and the positive effect REALTORS® have on California’s economy.
