The Rising Star Awards program is a C.A.R. initiative designed to recognize up-and-coming agents and help boost their growing careers. The Rising Star Awards will honor elite, new talent entering the industry who represent the next generation of leading agents.

- Be an active C.A.R. member who joined the association in 2020 or later.
- Closed at least 12 transactions or $5 million in transaction volume between 1/1/2021 and 12/31/2021 (subject to verification).
- Nominated by the broker or principal of the brokerage (self-nominations will not be accepted).
- No restrictions on DRE license and no Code of Ethics violations.
