A new law went into effect on Jan. 1 that adds “Management and Supervision” as a mandatory subject for all REALTORS®.
Brokers renewing for the first time must take 3-hours and all salespersons, as well as brokers, renewing for a second or subsequent time must include the Management and Supervision subject as part of their renewal, using either the 3-hour course, or an 8-hour Survey course if it includes all six of the mandatory subjects.
