Option 1: Faxing the old fashioned way, but with a twist! zipVault® lets you fax documents without using a fax machine. Simply click the “Send” icon on your toolbar and highlight the option “Fax”. Don’t forget to send a Fax Coversheet to your clients! The Fax Coversheet can be used to send documents into the same zipForm® transaction!
Option 2: No need to download your documents, email straight from zipForm®!
When sending an email, you can include any documents that have been saved as part of the file. Click the “Email” option, select the documents alongside forms, enter a recipient in the “To” field and click “Send”.
Option 3: The Art of Sharing! Are you tired of emailing documents to your clients in multiple emails because the size of the email won’t be accepted by their email provider? Use the “Share” icon to send your client an email with a single link to view all of the documents you want to deliver. Use the “Create PDF” icon to add zipForm® ZFX forms as PDF documents to the file in order to share those forms with others.
