With the recent updates made by Oracle, Apple, Mozilla and other vendors related to Java, you may be experiencing a problem accessing your zipForm® 6 Professional transactions and forms. These changes have resulted in high call volumes and lengthy hold times at C.A.R.
If the normal troubleshooting steps do not resolve your issue please use the following link: http://m.zipformonline.com to temporarily access an alternate interface for zipForm® 6 Professional. This will allow you to open, edit, and email your zipForm® 6 Professional transactions.
C.A.R. Members also have free access to zipForm® 6 Standard (Desktop) and may download and install this version to access the forms; zipForm® 6 Standard is not affected. Click here to download zipForm® 6 Standard.
To synchronize your saved transactions so that you have access to them in both zipForm® 6 Standard and zipForm® Professional, click on the Tools tab in zipForm® 6 Standard, then click on Options and click on the Account tab to enter your credentials. The entire company at zipLogix, the creator of zipForm®, has been working diligently to release a version of zipForm® which does not require any Java plug-ins whatsoever. That version, zipForm® Plus, is concluding its alpha test now and will be released for wider beta testing shortly.
