C.A.R. is pleased to announce that the California Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, has granted C.A.R.’s request to publish the recently decided case, Whitlach v. Premier Valley.
Plaintiff James Whitlach filed a class action and Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) claim against Premier Valley, Inc. (dba Century 21 MM) and Century 21 Real Estate LLC, alleging several violations of the California Labor Code. PAGA claims must be brought by an “aggrieved employee” on behalf of himself or herself, and other current or former employees.
