CE: The REALTOR’S Role in Auctions

There is a growing need to understand property auctions in the California real estate market. This course will provide you with an overview of the current real estate auction process along with the opportunities and concerns auctions present to California REALTORS® and the clients. Learn how to help buyers at a real estate auction along with understanding how to make a commission on an auction instead of a short sale option.
