Learn How to Limit Your Liability in a Transaction!
This course is designed to help minimize the chance of having a claim or lawsuit filed against you by following some simple Risk Management steps and by becoming educated in the areas which cause the greatest incidence of claims.  The suggestions, education and advice presented can limit your liability and assist you with the handling of a claim if you are faced with one.

What You Will Learn:

• Understand the basic concepts of risk management
• Identify the common areas of risk
• Familiarize yourself with the licensee activities likely to contribute to risk
• Learn practical examples of high risk areas
• Gain knowledge of examples and guidelines for risk reduction
• Identify how risk management impacts the consumer
• Understand your legal responsibility

All attendees will receive 3 hours CA-DRE Continuing Education credit
