C.A.R. launched two new member benefits that are accessible to members from the REALTOR® Secure Transaction dashboard:
California Rental Listing Service, powered by Rental Beast – this new member benefit will provide members access to the California rental market of more than 600,000 listings that have previously been almost entirely off MLS. Members will be able to easily search and add/edit rental listings, syndicate their listings to a new consumer rental portal site and be assured all leads will go back to them directly. Now that nearly half of the state are renters this will be an important resource for members. Members will have access to a free version of Rental Beast with the option to upgrade for access to premium features. C.A.R. members will receive an exclusive free 30-day trial to explore the premium features. MLSs may connect their systems to the new California Rental Listing Service and may contact RentalBeast directly to discuss this option (ishay@rentalbeast.com).
Milestones is a customer for life experience platform that C.A.R. members can gift to their clients for free and is only available from a real estate professional. The client portals, called Hubs, allow homeowners to view their home value & equity in real-time, connect to their agent with one click, access a network of home service providers (including those recommended by the member) among other rich features. The Hubs are branded to the member and will help C.A.R. members stay connected with their clients while providing education and creating value at every stage of the homeowner journey. Home search within the hubs may either be via an external link to a members IDX/VOW website or through a direct MLS feed within the hub for a better client experience (for MLSs that want to offer this benefit to their subscribers who are C.A.R. members).
