In order to access Applications, please read the following.
- Allow two business days for your application to be processed
- Applications must be completed for each joining member. Please call the Board office at 530-583-0275 for information about fees associated with each membership.
- Obtaining eKeys or other SUPRA products is done by appointment after application has been processed.
Note: It is recommended that you download the Application / Form to your computer and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader if you are going to fill it out on screen, rather than using your browser’s default method.
