With the next Paragon update, two new changes will occur that could affect many members ability to access the program.
ALL Usernames and Passwords used to access Paragon will become Case Sensitive. Users will be required to enter their credentials exactly as stored in Paragon to successfully log in. Please email roxanne@tsbor.com if you are unable to log in. Please note: Firefox (or any browser that has autocomplete/remember functionality for usernames and passwords) MAY NOT automatically correct or retain the case sensitivity for your Paragon Login. You may have to clear cache in order to resolve this.
In addition, the URL for Paragon will be SSL compliant and updated from “http://” to “https://”. All sites that point to Paragon, i.e. desktop shortcuts, will need to account for this change and be
updated as necessary.
