As a direct result of CAR member feedback, beginning in the new year, CAR will provide 12 free hours of online continuing education (CE) courses as part of the membership dues. That’s right – free online CE courses to use toward renewing your real estate license.
Choose from either the mandatory courses required by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) including Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management, or electives from other online courses needed to complete the DRE requirements. CAR recognizes that education is vital to success as a REALTOR®, so they’re making these online courses available to help members improve their business.
