More than 2,000 REALTORS® gathered at the State Capitol in Sacramento last week for C.A.R.’s 50th Legislative Day. Headlining speaker President Pro Tem of the State Senate, Toni Atkins and Senator Rosilicie, a fellow REALTOR®, addressed the enthusiastic audience and discussed the hottest housing issues facing our state.
C.A.R. also held its first-ever Block Party as part of NAR’s “Riding with the Brand” initiative to showcase the value of REALTORS®, our association and the importance of real estate and REALTORS® to local communities.
